Mortgage Loan Officer Tim Lambiris is excited to help make members’ dreams of homeownership a reality. From navigating down payment assistance programs to refinancing, he feels passionate about helping members truly understand the process and alleviate any stress along the way. Additionally, Tim loves educating first-time homebuyers and answering all their questions throughout the journey!

Tim’s no rookie to the financial industry. Before joining the Summit team, he spent 14 years working with a big-name bank and mortgage lending company. He looks forward to bringing his expertise to Wisconsin’s #1 mortgage lender!

In his spare time, Tim has no problem staying busy. He enjoys trail and road running, camping, hiking and spending time with his three kids.
