As a credit union, being an active part of the community is just who we are. We encourage our employees to volunteer for causes they feel passionate about. We even offer paid volunteer time! We value diversity, and commit to it every day. In 2022, Summit employees made a difference in our community in some pretty remarkable ways: We encourage all employees to get involved in their local community, offering paid time off to do so! In 2022, Summit employees put 741 hours of volunteer time towards local organizations. As a Summit employee, there are many ways to get involved directly with our community partners, including Foundation for Black Women’s Wellness, Girl Scouts, Centro Hispano and . Summit also hosts an annual employee giving campaign that supports United Way and Community Shares of Wisconsin. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led networks that promote inclusion, learning and connection. Free for all Summit employees to join, ERGs are a great way for staff to connect, share common passions and make an impact beyond the credit union. Our six ERG focuses are Emerging Professionals, LGBTQ+, Multicultural, Sustainability, Wellness and Women. Chase the future you've always wanted! Summit helps students achieve their dreams with a variety of scholarships.
