Dawn, a stay-at-home mom and currently going back to school to earn her bachelor’s degree, and Marco, a pipelayer and woodworker, have three young children together and share a passion for selling goods at flea markets. With help from Project Money, they’re hoping to turn paycheck-to-paycheck living into a life they can enjoy without financial stress.
Back for her third coaching season of Project Money, Senior Lending Advisor Jess knows no two financial journeys are the same. Give yourself grace as you work through learning your new process – money is not always easy and most habits are not built over night.Q: To you, what’s the one financial “must?”A: Be honest with yourself about money and how your relationship with money impacts your life!Q: What was your first paying job and how did it teach you about money?A: I was a scorekeeper at a local baseball diamond. I was excited to have my own money and found out firsthand the true cost of everything since I was buying it myself. A great lesson in financial independence!Q: What's something you wish you could tell everyone about finances?A: Finances are not always easy, but they don’t always have to be difficult, either.
