Calculate Insurance Needs
Our medical bills were processed by our insurance this past week, so we were able to see what our balance is, which allowed us to pay down a large portion of what was owed with the accident insurance policy that Kelly has through her employer. This was the first time that we used this policy, and we are feeling fortunate that we have it to help with the medical expenses. Having the right amount of insurance has helped us keep financially secure when the unexpected happens. In other news, we are taking a road trip this week to celebrate our anniversary. We decided to keep it short so that we could get away and spend some quality time together while limiting what we spend. Our plan is to search for good hotel rates, and we don’t have one set destination which will help us find places to stay and things to do that are within our budget as we go along. It should be a good time to take in some beautiful fall scenery! ~K&T
